Terms of Service

Shipping + Returns





Shipping and handling charges are based on a charge of $6.00 per item.




*USPS shipments estimate 7 business days. Delivery times are based on average in-transit time.

Shipping


Packages shipped domestically will be shipped via USPS. When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the delivery of your order. Detailed in-transit tracking is not available for orders shipped to Canada / International.

International Shipping



Packages shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS. Krave Kollection will not be held accountable for damaged items, missing items, or any foreseeable or unforeseeable problems that may arise on packages shipped internationally.

Returns & Exchanges


Krave Kollection strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item should be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).

Krave Kollection offers 2 easy return options: (1) exchange for another item of same value; (2) return for a refund. Returns and exchanges are subject to a $6.00 restocking fee. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $9.
